Anxiety sickness 🤢

So this week is proving to be abut of a disaster. My anxiety seems to be taking over a ridiculous amount this week with sickness being my main struggle. All day every day I feel sick to the point where I go light headed. Anyone else had problems like this ?

Yes, i recently had an outburst of anxiety for these past couple weeks. I keep worrying over my symptoms like chest pain and i have headaches and im soo lightheaded super worried i have something wrong with me but this site helps me a lot. I hope you feel better im always here to talk.

Thank you for your reply. I’m just glad today’s done ... it’s been the worst one this week ! Just feel like I could crumble 😢
