had been struggling with I think I been dealing with a panic attack a few hours ago today but with this i after began getting extremely emotional out of nowhere I literally started crying as soon as I came back home from university classes I don’t know why this is happening does anyone know how to handle these random sudden panic attacks?? (for the last three days I been great and productive but today I am feeling so alone out of the blue I don’t know how to handle this anyone.. i should say that I am currently seeing a counsellor and I don’t know, is this something to bring up next session or is this not worth bringing up??

By all means, defeatinganxiety, talk about any of your emotional reactions with your counselor. It better helps her to understand where it might be coming from as well as helping you to address the panic you struggle with. xx My best to you.
