lightheaded after stillbirth , is it anxiety?

may 2018 i had a stillbirth at 37 weeks. the delivery was traumatizing as well. my OB said in all his years of being a dr he never had a delivery like mine. with 3 drs helping and pushing down on my stomach. the baby was 9.3 pounds and died 3 days before i went in to the hospital feeling bad. i also had pre eclampsia post partial and had high blood pressure for a weeek or two. after about 3 months i was doing a lot better walking a mile every morning and even taking my vitamins and OPK tests so that my husband and i could start tying for a baby again soon. then out of no where i started feeling light headed everytime instand up like when your dehydrated. then came nausea and chest pain and palpitations head pressure. did all boood tests chest x day echo saw a cardiologist. everything is normal and all 4 doctors i saw plus hospital doctors are all saying it’s extreme anxiety stress and PTSD. could this really all just happen from anxiey? it’s been 2 months and the lightheaded ness and head pressure the only thing that won’t go away. and it’s only when i like stand up from laying down or sitting

Yes it can I have total of four miscarriages two of them in second trimester it all started with my Son I was like 25 weeks pregnant that was my first loss I had extreme weakness feeling faint then having many anxiety attacks.

So sad. This happened to me my first pregnancy. I cried every night for about a year. But your new symptoms are physical, not psychological. Try to find another doctor. Your symptoms could be something called pseudo tumor cerebri. Look it up and see what you think.

Hi. Firstly can I say I’m so sorry for your loss. I too have lost three babies. Also suffer general axiouty And now post dramatic stress as last September I had a bad car crash which they then found I had a brain aneurysm which in February of this year it got coils put in. Anyway I can tell you this all your symptoms I have and still do feel as well !!! Chest pains were so bad one day I called ambulance thought I was having a heartattack...it was a massive panic attack. I’d never suffered this before also one day I thought my throat was closing. Again panic attack. One day I shop light head dizzy and eyes went blurry. Yet again panic attack. Most mornings I wake up light headed. Until I get my drink and watch tv. The feeling you have of feeling sick I don’t get that. Anyway I just wanted you to no if you’ve been checked and nothing found it could be your ptsd. As I never had all when I had just general anxiety. But I do now after being through crash ect And now been diagnosed with serious ptsd.
