Take deep steady breathes. Inhale hold for 4 seconds and exhale slowly
Take a nice warm bath or smell stuff smelling things helps me weird I know lol
try meditation. project yourself to a quiet place that is peaceful like a stream or forest. it works for me. it will calm you right down
