I keep thinking about other family members dying

I keep worrying about other family members getting ill or dying and not knowing how to support my partner. This is a real worry that I keep getting and I don’t know why

I understand. I go through the same thing and never seem to get past this

I have been going through the same thing,after Losing my Mum and Dad within Months of each other (they split in 1967)so it wasn't the love thing! My best pal died last week and in the last few years I seem to get notified about one funeral or another! I keep going because of my Parrots, if not for them I would happily go today as I have one proper friend left!
