Does anyone else yawn a lot when having panic attack?

Hi Dustin, I understand that this can be caused by lack of oxygen...beings it can be hard to breathe normally while having a panic attack.... If it keeps it up, you might mention it to your Dr and get his opinion. Best wishes, Dustin!

Yes it's exactly as Betty30 explains in her reply, your bodies way of getting more oxygen thats all, common symptom with panic/anxiety attacks apparently xx

Yes I yawn all the time with anxiety and panic it's very common.
