Chest tightness and palpitations

I'm getting a really tight chest and feels like I'm havin palpitations is this part of anxiety?

Yes, palpitations are very common in anxious people. I get them all the time and it does scare me when it happens but then I have to remind myself that it is only my anxiety. Take some deep breaths and when you breath out, breath out fully! Thats what I do and it calms me down within a few minutes!
