Alcohol Anxiety

Hi all. I’m just offloading. I’m not a heavy drinker at all. Tonight I went for dinner with friends and had 3 glasses of wine. It’s now almost sunrise and I’m sitting downstairs bonding with my dog. I feel shaken and panicky. Keep going to the toilet and I can’t keep my eyes open but every time I drift I jolt awake my heart going bonkers! Then the panic starts again

Do you think? I wouldn’t know where to start. I feel silly as they would probablt just say to me to do the obvious and stop drinking. Maybe there is a underlying reason why this happen 😊 thanks for your repkt
