I see a lot of your posts and I was in your shoes only months ago, it does get better I promise. It sucks so bad when you don't know the answers but the pain feels so real. Do what you can to get through it, I hope you feel better soon x
Yes anxiety is a painful condition. My brother is a GP and has confirmed that to me on many occasions. Your body is telling you something. Make sure you go back to your breathing time and time again when you feel anxious. Stop whatever you are doing if it is possible and make your breathing your point of focus. Have you tried meditation? It is really powerful and will help you feel less pain.

of yesterday, these pains have come back, however they are a lot worse and a lot scarier than before
