Tonight is the first night in a few days I'm sleeping without my boyfriend and I haven't been able to get to sleep, I feel like my heart is pounding and my head feels dizzy, I also keep getting pains in my forearms and tingling in my head has anyone else had this before??

Sounds like anxiety. Maybe you can do some reading or watch a movie to take your mind of things
