Few good months

Hello all! Ive had a really good few months with anxiety management. Last three or four days its slowly crept back in again though with the heart worries, again. Really annoying. Seems like i take two steps forward and four steps back sometimes! I got the usual pain in middle back and winded feeling. Its all stomach related as belching relieves it. But i stupidly googled it. First thing to pop up was blooming heart disease!! Just ranting!!
