I made myself extra anxious (if that makes sense) to not go to sleep.
Been dealing with insomnia since July and I am afraid of suffering the effects from it.
What's keeping me awake is that I have a fear of seizures. In life I never experienced one and I don't want to. But I did heard that it can trigger one which I am afraid of.
But lately I have experienced dizziness and feel like fainting but not, tension headaches, shortness of breath and the panic attacks. This is hard and I apologise for driving you all crazy with this.
