Over did it on the sugar

Hello. I am 18 years old and I have health anxiety. I usually don’t eat sweets all that often, I like them but if I want something sweet I make it for myself. Rarely do we buy boxed cookies and stuff. But Friday afternoon I had a friend stay the night. Earlier that day we went to the store and bought all kinds of junk food. Needless to stay we ate a lot. We ate an entire family size thing of chips ahoy cookies and when I got home from work we got slushees from sonic. It was very sugary. Well last night (Saturday night) was my last night of working. I volunteer at our local theatre to run the light board and last night was the last show and we in the tech booth had a party with all kinds of junk food. So as a celebration my mom took us to sonic to get slushees at the end of the show. I went to bed last night with a stomach ache from all the sugar I had eaten in the past 48 hours. It wasn’t the best time. Since I do not eat junk food all that often and all this weekend I ate more junk than I have in a long time. Is it possible that I OD’ed on the sugar? I feel like absolute butt right now and I have a headache.

No you can't OD on sugar but it's not good for you. Your stomach is just not used to all that junk food so it couldn't handle it. Just stay away from it for a while. Our bodies can only take a certain amount of grams of sugar daily anything after that is not good for you.
