Does anyone feel spaced out and dizzy off balance like the floors moving or like your brain is moving kind of thing. I just feel like I’m not real and this is all a dream. I can be in my house and think it all looks strange and not real like distorted. I figure it’s derealisation but I can’t shake it off

I have the dizziness and faint feelings sometimes the floor feels like it's falling....
That's my main symptoms unfortunately they r the worst for me... Hope u feel better soon
