Bloated stomach

My stomach has been bloated and hard for at least a week and sore when I press on left side. Feels very full inside. Not changed diet or anything and not lost weight. Fed up looking like I am pregnant. I am 68 by the way so no chance of that lol. Anyone experience this?

I had an hysterectomy and from the moment I came home my stomach was bloated and has been now for 15 years

It could be water retention but a Doctor would need to examine you and I have also had a pain in my left side , could be something simple which usually it is but even though it has sent my anxiety up I have had all bloods done urine , so if his has been going on a while it no doubt will be nothing but let the Doctor check you out and then they might be able to give you something but at least give you peace of mind

I have had an upset stomach for the last month, when I eat when stomach ends up gargling and make noises, lots of trapped gas, pain on my right side such as a stabbing pain and bloating. I assume it’s anxiety since it’s only started the last month while being stressed but will go doctors if it Carey’s on.
