My body feel exhausted

Hi I am now on day 10 of citalopram 10mg apart from some nausea and feeling a bit woozy the side effects weren’t too bad for week one annoying but bearable. Just the last couple of days I am waking up feeling totally exhausted, head pounding, muscles achy and sore and generally feeling unrested and weak. I can’t seem to drag myself out of bed at all 😞

I took citalopram for six weeks the muscle pain in my legs got worse , also pins and needles in hands and feet, I generally felt awful, been to docs she told me to stop taking them, now I feel worse stopping them just like that , hope you feel better soon if not go back and chat to docs xxx
