I have had anxiety and panic attacks for 3 years now and the only thing that plays on my mind is I keep thinking I'm going to have a seizure. I've never had one before and I'm 20 year old I think it's coz my sisters boyfriend has them I keep thinking I am going to have one and it is the worst feeling in the world I put on a front and act like I am okay to everyone but really I am struggling every day and just want to enjoy life again without so much worry about seizures.
