Had a few drinks last night so today I am honestly suffering.

Burning under my breasts left then right also pain in my back I'm feeling panicky the whole time cause I get like body shakes and chills also randomly..

I don't know what to do when I feel like this thinking I'm going to just die suddenly its awful!!

I always get this when hungover !! I have severe anxiety which makes it a lot worse. Just remember you oanic anyway and when you have alcohol it makes your body do different things ie your heart beats faster and sometimes has palpitations. This can then be intesified by the anxiety. Nothing bad will happen to you i promise. I no saying this doesnt help as i worry so much and dont i dont listen to my own advice becaus i cant ivercome the thiughts in my mind but trust me in a couple days when your hangiver is gone these feelings will also go
