Are there any group seminars available for talking about these issues with others who are afflicted ? Is that a thing ? I haven’t done much research.

I did the same thing. There is an organization called NAMI. They deal with all mental health issues though. It’s not just catered to anxiety, but it might be beneficial to check them out. I went to a dinner thing they had locally and everyone seemed friendly. I don’t know where you’re located but see if there’s a chapter close by.
