Yesterday & half the day before I felt really good....something like my old self. Used 'acceptance' effectively when those little anxious thoughts crept up on me. Found it quite easy and it proves it really does work. Woke this morning with a head full of anxious soup and been struggling all day. I don't get how I can be well one day & SEE what is going on and thus deal with it to the following day feeling worse if anything. Had anyone else experienced this? I think it feels worse today because it was so much better yesterday. I can't make sense of it!

Yes I struggle with this too. But the fact is it won't just go away over night use your bad days as an opportunity to continue practicing acceptance, change your thought pattern like this for example - gee I feel shit today, well awesome perfect opportunity to not give a shit bring it on anxiety let's do this.
Set backs will always happen and sometimes the setbacks will feel worse then ever but the key is to keep practising acceptance.
It's shit that ist a long term thing to getting better as we all just want an over night fix but that's another thing we have to accept that it will take time for our minds and bodies to adjust to this new practice.
Hope you feel better soon x
