Hi all, hope you are well. I haven't been having a great time with my anxiety in the last couple of days. Have had heartburn for 3 days - convinced myself it's a heart attack! So irrational I know. All was settling down then bang, two electric shock type feelings in my chest, has set me back now. Has anyone else had this symptom? Now my whole upper body is tense. Any replies would be much appreciated x
