Heart problems?

I have a blocked ear right now (I think/hope) and I have serious teeth grinding issues. (I think/hope) these are both currently on my Left hand side and the pain it's causing and sensation is really worrying me about my heart. I thought I had turned a corner but no I'm Back here again. I can hear my heartbeat in ear and my whole face is swollen on left hand side so I'm right here waiting for the heart attack now :/ anyone else had this before??? I know it's probably due to the ear blockage and teeth grinding but can't help fear it's more. Keep getting hot too when most people in my office aren't hot. Super worried now. I also had a scary feeling in centre of chest where my breathe gets taken away for like 1 second then it goes. So scary. Anyone know what this is? Think it's a skipped heart beat???

Sandy1710, you've got an ear infection, it's now so sensitive in that ear you can hear your pulse IF YOU LISTEN REALLY CAREFULLY. There is no connection with your heart and there isn't one thing in your post to indicate you're going to have a heart attack. All the other symptoms are anxiety which I think you must have realised by now.

Unfortunately, when we suffer from anxiety disorder we can be examined by 20 top heart specialists and have every test in the book from ECGs to MRI scans and even though they all say No Sign of Heart Problems we go on believing we have a heart problem, that's anxiety for you. Stop worrying about an illness you don't have and start addressing the illness you do have: anxiety disorder. You can't cure an illness you don't have as I've said before. So stop taking your pulse every 30 seconds and start to work out how you can recover from anxiety disorder. You will recover, believe me, but you must focus on recovery not obsess about the symptoms of anxiety.
