Hi, can anybody help me explain these sensations, as soon as I wake up, even before I open my eyes, start feeling strange sensation like soft shakiness and mild vibrating in my legs and arms!
It is even worse after stretching or doing gentle yoga! Why?
It lasts all day and soon after getting up starts aching and all symptoms last all day! Especially is bad in upper arms and upper tights/ burning and so stiff knees! Limbs feel week but I am able to do things!
Obviously, this triggers my anxiety every morning so I am always in the awful state!
Checked my blood, all perfect finding!
Is it possible that my constant state of tension can cause this! Please help!

Yes my back of my calves twitches and vibrates all day on and off also feeling burning in my leg, muscle spasms in my bum, arms, back all over really. Been doctors everything seems fine and was told to just relax and not worry about it.
I do not have these symptoms anymore or some of them are very mild as I start practicing acceptance after reading or still in the middle of reading the book by Paul Davies called, At Last The Life from anxietynomore.co.uk
I could not highly recommend it, for me is a life saver, feel much, much better in the last 5 days, if it worked for me it will work for everybody. Take care x
Yes every day some worse then others. I am constantly tense and burning feeling in arms and legs. My muscles will twitch all over from head to toe. Have had a cat scan mri blood work. All negative. Just waiting on two more test results. Can't believe what anxiety can do. Feel better soon
Hi Mpa5524, I replied the same to Kellylorraine899
I am in the middle of reading the book "At Last The Life" by Paul David from anxietynomore.co.uk which is changing my life. I highly recommend it, but you can read successful stories from his blog.
In the last 5 days, I do feel a big difference, it might not be pleasant to accept anxiety but it is working, many symptoms disappeared or are mild but at least a hope after trying nearly everything. So there is no way back, I will embrace everything that comes, Take care and keep enjoying your life once it happens.
