Your fine sir. You have to give yourself a break. Notice that you are looking for things to be afraid of. That is your issue. Hopefully some day you will look back at this and say... omg I can't believe I put myself through all of this.

I think this has to do with you mixing alcohol and your medication.

Call your mom and have her get you into the ER I feel you are a danger

to yourself right now...

I don't think you are stupid, and you will be surprise if you only knew what other people go through

. You are definitely not alone.

Hey errivbr, trust me you are not alone. I just went through a tough whole qeek of.nothing but overthinking, worrying, my head was making up all kinds of things just to make me worry. Its like ive developed this habit of doing nothing but worrying over things thats not even a problem in the first place. I know how you feel. i want to send you a copy of the book that really helped me understand the inner workings of my mind, the whys and all. Made me feel that oh okay, so thats why! Its a self help book called The Worry Trick by David A. CARBONELL. If you need to talk, please do. Dont think you are all alone because this community is always here to help you out.

We all struggle. We all overthink. We all have those moments where it seems hopeless. The key is finding the strength to make a change. To stop the pattern and find your way. It’s not easy but the first step is acceptance. You have to accept that what is happening while scary, and tough, is not the end of the world. You have to trust the Doctors you’ve seen and trust that if they found anything that would be dangerous for you they would have addressed it already. Do some deep breathing, meditate, just find a way to calm down. From there work on maintaining that. Try this video.

Elliot, you're only problem is that you're a worrier, you know that, physically you're fine. You are not ill and you are not crazy only worried and experiencing anxiety disorder which expresses itself in your case as health anxiety. Calm down and chill out, your foot is fine, your heart is fine. I suggest that when you see your doctor you would be helped by a referralto some talking therapy. Everything is going to be alright, I promise.

Elliot my friend this is not a judgement but I notice agora mentioned alcohol. I too in desperation look to drink for relief. We both know it may give a very short relief but then it makes us feel worse. Do me a favour, when that desperate feeling comes, instead of drink come on here and talk. We are all here for you mate. Always. Ps.....you have a future.....this won't be forever. Take care
