Over these feelings

Feeling like I don't care about this any more. If I go crazy so be it, if I don't then I don't but I'm tired and I'm done.

I hope this is the start of your being done with fighting anxiety and just get on to accepting it as not harmful. Having that "I don't care" attitude with anxiety will in itself bring down the intensity. Do not allow it to control your life and your thoughts. You are strong and I know you can do it.

Im just done trying to fight this feeling and these thoughts. Ima just let them be there and not pay any attention to it. Been going through this for 2 months and I have a little girl that needs me and I need to be there for her.
