A wise tradition teaches that the definition of suffering is "wanting things to be different than what they really are" and the solution to suffering is "accepting things just as they are".
Thats easier said than done but acceptance is just one tool for getting there. It changes my mind and attitude.

Hi again Meeasy I completely agree with you I saw your post on these videos the other day on Jeffs post and I really like them the struggle switch is really good and ties in with what you resist persists theme as well I am using these a lot in my day to day life as it is amazing as to just how much of our own suffering we bring about ourselves, been following Dr Claire Weekes work all my life since having a breakdown back in the 70s and in the past 4 yrs have been working with Mindfulness and they have worked brilliantly cant see me ever not having anxiety but with these tools they bring about a cure by applying them daily you cannot go wrong with them thank you for sharing XX
