Hi All, Please Help me I really want to die sometimes i feel like better to die than this.
At everyday morning i feel that my breath is stopping and i will hit my bed and i will recall my name and my mother's name and my girlfriend name. When i work deeply on something suddenly my brain function will stop i feel something happening to me and i will bite my tongue and recall my name again and i used to hit my head to cool down. To over Come this i'm using a tablet "Lonazep 0.25". While working on something, While thinking about something when i feel lonely this is happening. I always feel like why i'm still alive. Please guys if we someone feeling same please share how to over come from this. I will do meditation also. I'm gone completely. I'm no more. Daily i'm crying about this.. Even now also my heart beat is high i used to check my pulse always and i feel like i forgot everything.

I Suffer with similar symptoms at night. I've yet to over come completely but some of my coping mechanisms are reading books on mindfulness, always burn lavender oil, breathing techniques, a vigorous upper body massage also using lavender massage oil. Yoga is a good way of gentle exercise and controlled breathing.
Most of these thoughts and feelings are in our minds and the more we think about them the worse they become. Which is why I've opted to contact a talking therapy counsellor as I feel I need help controlling what goes on in my head when I'm in overdrive.
Just try to keep in your mind, there is away of beating this, and there are plenty of people out there who will help you. Life is precious so let's kick anxiety butt!!!
I wish you lots of luck and I hope you get the help you need 🌸
