Hi there I was wondering if anyone else experience aches and pain when it comes to there anxiety,I wake up feeling aching and struggle to get out of bed and my neck and shoulders are always sore and tense,cheers

Yes I do when my anxiety's at it's worst...it's because we sub-conscienciously tense up so it makes our muscles ache 😯
