Red spots on arms and red cheeks.

Anyone know why I turn into a lobster sometimes lol? Like rn for example my checks are red and warm and there are spots on my arm that are red and warm and kinda itchy. But other then that im like fine. Can this be anxiety? Like they disappear and come back and move around if that makes sense. There's no bumps or anything just red warm and little itchy and warm

Hey Adamj, mabye flushed? Do you get hives? I guess only a doc can really tell u what it is. Mabye give u something that will give you some relief.

Doesn't sound worrying. Anxiety likely to be a factor.

What not try taking an antihistamine each day?
