Second Visit

I used to contribute to this site several years ago and I now feel to hit base and learn about new techniques that are now been used in treatment regimes and help others control their Anxiety. Also this will help me as my Anxiety and depression is caused by a Chronic Painful condition. I suffer also with Reactive Depression
