Not a good day

Hi all hope your all well. I'm not feeling it today. Feel light headed and feel like crying. Went to gp yesterday and he said the feelings I'm having could be related to the anxiety. Just keep praying for a normal day. Am I the only one who feels like this

Im the same way. Woke up feeling lightheaded and dizzy and drunk. The best thing you can do is just power through it and try your best to ignore it

Hi someone5673, add to that to start hydrating. After a night's sleep we are dehydrated which can cause that dizzy lightheaded feeling as well as our anxiety.

Sounds like a common symptom of anxiety to me. Instead of trying to do things to get rid of those feelings, the key to recovery is about allowing yourself to feel the way you do and doing nothing about it. Trying to rid yourself of the anxiety symptoms just makes things worse and keeps you in the anxiety loop so let them be there. Acceptance is key. Develop an attitude where you are comfortable about feeling uncomfortable instead of constantly battling. If you break a bone, it gets put in plaster and nature does the rest to heal it. You don't think about the pain too much and get on with your life. Anxiety should be treated exactly the same way. Accepting the feelings and carrying on with your life allows your mind and body the space it needs to recover, just the same as a broken bone. Nature does the rest.
