Left arm feels weak chest hurts got me worried

Hi Nyda, I know how tiring it gets to have symptoms jump around. There was a time that I wished I could be married to a doctor. I would be his best patient.

It's funny how any symptoms on the left side of our bodies causes us more concern than if it were on the right. At least for me. I always try to go back to what I did today or yesterday that may have caused this feeling or pain.

How do you feel now, 17 hours later? That's always a way to figure it wasn't something serious but not very wise. There's a fine line we have to draw as to when it's anxiety or a true medical issue. It's not always that easy. A call to your doctor may be all you need to give you some comfort. I hope this email finds you doing better. x

Hi went doctor today had a ekg came out normal but I worry still

I'm glad you saw the doctor today and everything was normal.

I hope as you come to accept what the doctor said that you will

start feeling a little better. I know with anxiety it's very hard for us

to not worry. Now that the EKG came out normal it's most likely

muscle or soft tissue just from the stress alone. Feel better soon xx

Hope I goes away fast hard to believe s anxiety
