Dizziness is one of my big problems,hot sweats cold sweats day and night,I have really bad anxiety,and really fed up with it,I go ok for a few days then out of nowhere it there again,.hope you feel better soon..
Its awful. I have had anxiety for 4 years and been on and off medication. I have good days and bad. I am so glad i found this site. It's good to talk to people who are going through the same thing. Hope you get better soon
