So lately my thoughts have been constantly on my mind and it doesn't help when I read the news paper that a mom killed her 2 daughters it got me so scared because all I can think is how about if this woman had the same thoughts but she actually did. I am so overwhelmed. I am scared I'll loose control or go insane help
