Does anyone else get like body twitches while laying down my lip and foot on the body keep twitching and arms also does anyone ever get trapped case in back that cause chest pains

I get those twitches all the time. And random chest pains too. I've learned to talk to my self and use coping phrases.

Thank u so much I'm get them chest pains now makes me feel like I'm having a heart attack I'm always scared of dying

yep! When I was at my.worst about a year ago I'd wake up in the night with my arms and/or legs twitching so much it was almost like I was vibrating. I got it more at night but I'd get it on and off during the day as well. I also got deadness in my arms to the point I'd wake up and literally not bw able to feel my arm.

Yea I'm at my worse now I feel like I'm gonna die or something I get chest pains muscles hurt these twitches
