My Anxiety has been really good for nearly 2 months . The last couple of days been feeling strange in the head and my heart rate just over 100 constantly . No need to ask but is this anxiety back ??

yes It is pretty typical for anxiety to come and go. I had it bad as a child and never experienced it at all from what I can recall in middle school or high school but now in my late twenties I deal with it all day every day. Did anything recently stress you out or make you feel down or nervous? I find mine wil strike for any reason, even if I am hungry I start to feel off and boom.. here comes anxiety.
