Does anyone not get much sleep due to anxiety? Is this s symptom of anxiety? Also blotches appear on arms, neck and upper chest that have a burning sensation.

It can stop you from sleeping but I can say you can get sleep for the most part (: and I don't know about the other things but hopefully someone on here does
