Is it normal not to feel my heart betting thru my chest RN currently laying in my bed currently laying down only feel it when I put my hands on my chest

Yeah its Normal tgat mean youe not focusing on it like usual. Iam laying down too and i dont feel it just went i want too i think about it Nd i can feel it. Your fine. :)

Oo okay because seems like all this month I felt it and now I don't I tried running a bit then I felt it it's weird. When I focused on it too can feel it but not that like a tiny bit.

Colby, either you are on medication which has calmed your heart beat down or you are finally accepting anxiety and maybe using deep breathing which will also calm down the beat. You want it to be this way so that your heart doesn't have to over work.

Nope no medication it just stopped beating hard like it used to.can only feel it if I try to pay attention to it or put my hands on my chest my BPm is 60 tool it again it was 59

Colby, you are very fortunate to have a normal heart rate as well as not feeling a racing heart. The heart is not suppose to let you know that it is beating, it does it automatically and very well on it's own. I hope you enjoy your day.
