Try laying down and catching yourself
Hello
I just noticed you asking Alan why this is happening , it is your anxiety and sounds like a panic attack , the more you focus on it the worse it will feel , it can happen even when we don't feel we are anxious , try and relax maybe do some meditation you can put meditation in Google and it will give you lots to look at and try which may help
