I find a lot of my symptoms really relate to having MS and it's really starting to play on my mind...
I've had an MRI scan of my brain, and two neurological tests...does anyone know if they would be able to diagnose MS from this? 😔

Mine do too. I have a twitching eyelid which i googled 😣ms came up so i read symptoms and i get the weak legs and go off balance. Ive hardly slept now my face feels tinglely and i keep jumping. When you read other peoples symptoms on here we all suffer with similar. Jelly legs..pressure headaches..sinus trouble..ear trouble..chest pains..numb face..we all think we have brain tumours..cancer..ms..parkinsons or having heart attacks. When i google my symptoms ive had all the above. I would say it is your anxiety but if you are really worried ask your doctor.
This is me 100% ⤴️
Had one symptom last night and was up all night obsessing over it!
Years ago I convinced myself I had MS. I didn't.. MS is a common illness that anxiety suffers worry about because of similar symptoms...
If there are no lesions on your mri then there's a really good chance you're cleared. Coupled with the fact that ms is pretty rare, and that anxiety sufferers always think they have ms, you almost certainly don't. Don't forget when you're anxious your muscles are all tense and sometimes that pinches nerves and can cause tingly and numbness. Also I have the same symptoms as you and my Mri was also cleared so I don't think we both would have clear MRIs and have ms. People with ms also have more episodic symptoms I think.
Please look up functional neurological disorder, and see what you think. There are 2 very good websites

I am not a doctor and only a neurologist can diagnose this. But it is often stress related and can mimic ms parkinsons stroke etc.. I was told it was all anxiety until I lost the use in my left side, my left arm took 3 months to come back as all the muscles had collapsed.
Yes the MRI will pick up anything bad tumours, MS etc. I am sure you will fine. Please don't worry anymore about MS if it comes back normal.
I had an MRI a few months ago and get all the symptoms and my brain is fine.
