either my hydroxzine or stay awake until i cant
Yeah I stay awake till I can I still think in about drinking my buspuron
I listen to 8hours of super sleep music it's on YouTube. I find it's great and helps me sleep and focus on the music (noise) than listening to my thoughts running wild.
