My symptoms

I have headachs numbness get tired out nowere forgetfull chest presser dizzyness hard time sleeping All my symptoms  bother me I gone to doctor  and all they say is anxiety hard to believe get annoying

Nyda, It may be hard to believe but it's true what anxiety can give you.  The headaches are probably tension headaches(muscular contraction)  Getting tired out of nowhere is because anxiety takes up a lot of energy dealing with it and fighting it.  Chest pressure from the tense muscles in our chest wall.  Dizziness can come from being dehydrated as well as shallow breathing. Finally, forgetfulness and trouble sleeping can come from something called "mind chatter", your mind is going a mile a minute rehashing the day or things you are worried about.  When this happens you do need to slow down, start your deep breathing and listen to relaxation tape to clear both your mind and body.

Well, I'm off to bed now, going to do some deep breathing in bed and then do some meditation and imagery.   Goodnight, hope you get some sleep.  x

i have alot of crazy symptoms they are getting physical making me fear something anout to happen my latiest feelings ins like head pinches and like a band released or squeeze its freaks me out
