I had this aswell it's so scary sounds like anxiety stress tiredness 2gether try and sleep it off

Yeaa I'm Starting to think that to because yesterday I was panicking about a stroke I kept smiling to see if there was a difference and I'm thinking my body reacts late to stress

Exactly once ur body starts to settle it's starts mending itself it's hard to think rationally wen ur in it hope ur ok x
