Can't cope

I try to stop feeling dream like but it won't go away it's like everything looks different and nothing's real. I suffered from this years ago and now it won't go away. Help

Sounds like you are suffering with Depersonalisation

Depersonalisation and Feelings of unreality are when you don’t feel like your connected to yourself or you feel spaced out. This is distressing the first few times you experience it. They can’t harm you, if you have trouble coping with it you may just want to sit down and wait it out. Like most anxiety take you mind off it and it will be easier to cope with.

This is definitely depersonalization. 2 years ago I had it everyday along with panic disorder. Just know it doesn't last long and that nothing is wrong with you. For me it was my anxiety causing it. Just don't let it take a vicious cycle as in don't let the depersonalization episodes fuel the anxiety which causes the depersonalization. I get episodes of it still very rarely and briefly as in maybe for 1 min but I see what's happening and I snap myself out of it.
