I'm having a hard time eating healthy! Don't know where to start..

I started by not eating out no fast food. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Salads and oatmeal. Eggs whites and avacados! There is this meal I love to cook and eat a lot it's sweet potatoes diced with onion and apples and chicken sausage you can make in pan or bake!
Good to know that these simple steps can help towards making things better. When I'm able walking can make such a difference to the anxiety if only for the time that I'm out.

Yes I started walking for 30 minutes each day too. I know that eating good and exercising can really be hard to do with working full time families etc. but it really does make a difference.
