Sorry that you are feeling so low with your anxiety

I am not sure if I would call it ill fated there are so many things we could be suffering from yet as debilitating as this can be we can do something about it and we have wonderful Communities like this where we can all come and support each other

I hope you are getting the support you need and you can always come on here and have a chat and express how you are feeling so you are not alone in that respect
