Hi Liz, what sort of things do u experience if u don't mind me asking and what meds are u on?

I am 60mg Fluoxetine I take them as the are geared to mood enhancers. I started of on 20mg which sort of helped. The following month went up to 40mg but did not feel any different. Now on the highest does for over a week now and my moods are mote up beat. This could also because I have been awarded PIP.

My depression has happened as I am unable to work now as I had an operation that has left me with chronic pain, fatigue, a vicious circle.

Aww Liz thanks for sharing that, I was made redundant a few years ago and was doing various temp roles since then, but since last Oct I have not had any success in finding work, also my daughter has a 4 year old who is very severely disabled and a few other things that have caused me to have a meltdown. I'm on my 3rd wk of Citalopram also got prescribed 2mg of diazepam to take when needed until the Citalopram becomes effective which I'm hoping to be soon. I hope ur mood continues to improve and ur pain becomes manageable. Take Care for now x
