This is my first time on here I think I'm having an anxiety attack. I'm having palpitations, breathlessness, shaky and got the runs. Iv taken kalms yesterday and today for the first time and I feel terrible tonight. Could it be that?

I wouldn't imagine it would be the kalms it's more lightly to be an attack how are you now?

Still very shaky and much the same. I'm not sure how to control it or calm myself down?

I have lots of these and sometimes I struggle to get out of them too

Try telling the attack to "do its worst" lay there and literally not care don't fight it and let it ride over you, I find when I fight it it becomes much stronger in order to fight me back but when I let it ride over me it goes away because there's no fight there ☺ it can't harm you although it feels very much like either can,  keep in  mind it's only an attack and so so many people have them and no harm comes to them and it won't to you either 😊

Yea sometimes I do and I panic too because I have a fear of being sick so it intensifies the attack 😩 xx

If your "kalms" are not prescribed, be extremely careful. Theses chemicals are not to play around with. See your doctor and take the medication - either anxiolytics  or antidepressants or both regularly - strictly according to your doctor's prescription. NEVER change the dose yourself - it may cause your death or otherwise addiction.

I highly recommend Bach Day Rescue Remedy - I tried it thinking it would do nothing being made from flower essences - how wrong I was!  An absolute lifesaver - non-chemical and non-addictive!  Try it and see!  I also tried Kalms but they had the opposite effect on me.
