Fear of Heart attack

So today my partner told me his site manager had a heart attack at work! Totally healthy man non smoker, no drinker, slim build.

I'm sitting now wondering what chance do I have?

I suffer sever panic attacks that sets my heart off racing, what if I give myself a heart attack? I'm really scared of that happening to me.

I'm Scared to of a heart attack it's scary stuff I check my pulse all the time using an app on my phone! I get scared to eat fatty good incase I have a heart attack! I've been doctors about it and she told me in not going to have one which made me think rationally! You'll be fine! X
