Upped medication

Hi all been feeling a bit anxious lately dude to letting out what I've kept from all my family and my wife for 40 years ,so I made an appointment with my mental health nurse and told her and she advised me to see counselling which is making me feel ill again so I hope this helps me with my anxiety

Markrobo, it's what you need right now. I have had counseling for many years. Both in person and by phone (because I am agoraphobic). Either way they are there to guide you and comfort you. They can help with teaching you different ways to handle your anxiety. I wish you well. If you have any other questions or concerns please let me or the group know.
